Temporomandibular Joint - CMD Craniomandibular dysfunction
Dysfunction of the jaw joint or surrounding structures can cause pain, clicking, problems opening the mouth, tinnitus, and neck or back pain.
A change in posture and relaxation of the affected muscles often relieves the symptoms. Targeted manual treatment of the cervical spine or the head and facial bones is often required. A splint or “BITE” can also help.
My treatment is seen as a supplement to dental care.
